I Rolled the Weakest Race—Now Everyone Wants Me

Yu Xinglan only meant to give a full-immersion game a casual try. Then character creation assigns him a rare race: merfolk. Rare sounds promising—until he discovers he can barely lift anything, has no legs to walk on, and cannot stay out of the water. For the players who rolled merfolk, the game has started on nightmare difficulty. Yu Xinglan considers his options. “Let's give it a try.” The other merfolk players: “Try it? More like die trying.” A cool-faced hero, a scheming love interest, and a full-immersion adventure in an interstellar age—with a happy ending. If his race is such a disaster, why does everyone want him?
